Anne Frank House is the house where the Jewish Anne Frank and her family were hidden in a secret annex, 'the Achterhuis', during WW II, and were she wrote her famous diary. Her father was the only one of the family who did survive the concentration camp and could publish her diary.
The museum was opened in 1960 and shows the hiding place, Anne Frank's story and related subjects.
