Castle Laubach has been in the hands of the Counts von Solms-Laubach since 1418 up to the present day. It is not only a private residence but also museum, with a unique library, a cultural centre, hotel, hosting all kind of events.
One of the Highlights is the music festival "Oper Schloss Laubach", with master classes for singers from all over the world, with a final concert open to the public.
