Castle 't Nijenhuis, a traditional noble country estate, was inhabited in the 2e half of the 20th century by the famous Dutch art collector and expert, Hannema.
Today the castle, being part of the museum De Fundatie (Zwolle) shows the original Hannema Collection and hosts contemporary exhibitions. The Sculpture Garden and castle are open to the public.
