The International Handel Academy was founded in 1986 in close cooperation with the HANDEL FESTIVAL and the KARLSRUHE STATE THEATRE to provide master classes with outstanding stars and academic symposia to accompany the artistic productions of the Handel Festival, and to encourage young and talented artists.
