Museums & Art Centres
The Rietveld Schröder House in Utrecht was built in 1924 by Dutch architect Gerrit Rietveld for Mrs. Truus Schröder-Schräder and her three children. He commissioned the house to be designed preferably without walls. The museum is managed by the Centraal Museum of Utrecht.

The Centraal Museum has the largest Rietveld collection in the world, consisting of more than 250 furnishings and other objects, including mock-ups and scale models. The museum also preserves the Rietveld Schöder Archive.
