Museums & Art Centres, Music
The Antonín Dvořák Museum in Prague is a house-museum dedicated to the Czech composer Antonín Dvořák, displaying photographs, newspaper cuttings, programmes and some of his personal objects such as his viola and his piano.
Although the museum is housed in a beautiful 18th century town mansion (architect Dientzenhofer), the composer hasn't lived here.
The museum holds regularly concerts here, as well as seminars, lectures, and exhibitions.
It is part of the Czech Museum of Music which in turn is part of the National Museum.
