Belton House has been for three hundred year the seat of the Brownlow-Cust family, before it was given to the National Trust in 1984. The house contains the fine family collection of furniture, portraits, porcelain and silver, and a world-renowned library.
The grounds include formal gardens, pleasure grounds and boating lakes.
