The Béla Bartók Memorial House, a division of the Budapest History Museum, has been the house of the famous composer Béla Bartók (1881 – 1945) before he emigrated to the USA in 1940. The museum is dedicated to his life and work, which was highly inspired by original folk songs, as was the composer Zoltán Kodály (1882 – 1967)
The Béla Bartók Memorial House is also a venue for concerts.
