The collection consists of portraits, furniture, silver and glass objects, clocks and sculptures, and includes also a beautiful collection of porcelain. The Loosdrecht porcelain is particularly worth mentioning.

The garden and park were, similar to the castle, built in the Dutch 17th-century style. 

The museum is also a venue for concerts, cultural events and private events such as weddings.
