The castle was built between 1606 and 1625 for the de Sève family.

Through descendance it passed on to several families such as de La Ferrière, until early 20th century.

Today, under the present owners (who own also the Château de Cormatin, see website),  this cultural heritage is well preserved.  The visitors can admire the beautiful 17th century frescoes (by Pietro Ricchi), the 18th century apartment, the staircase & kitchens and stroll in the peaceful gardens.

The Château de Fléchères is a venue for Film & Photo shooting.
