The Château de Roquetaillade has always been in private hands, up to the present days. The de Mauvesin family has opened the estate for the public since 1956, who can admire the impressive feudal construction, its Renaissance interior and the later additions and decorations executed by Viollet-le-Duc in the 19th century, the park, the farm museum and its wines.
