She was loved by everybody and gave extra life to the castle by building a theatre where so many performances have been given ever since. 

Not only in the past but also in our days, the present generation at Chimay is very active in organising all sorts of activities at a high cultural level: Music, theatre, expositions, guided tours etc.. In particular princess Françoise de Chimay is initiating and supporting many new initiatives.
