Ensemble Storstrøm, Danish Chamber Players

Music
The Ensemble Storstrøm-Danish Chamber Players, founded in 1991, is one of the leading chamber music ensembles in Denmark and residing on the Fuglsang Manor estate, together with the Fuglsang Art Museum.

Danish Chamber Players produces a unique sound due to its particular combination of instruments: flute, clarinet, bassoon, harp, piano, violin, viola and cello. This has inspired many Danish and international composers to write exclusively for the Ensemble.

Since 2001 the Danish Chamber Players hosts every year in August a music festival, the "Summer Music at Fuglsang", which takes place partly at their residence, KUMUS, and partly at Fuglsang Manor. KUMUS has a wonderful concert hall with acoustics specially designed for chamber music.
