EPTA - Svetislav Stančić Int. Piano Competition, named after the pianist and pedagogue Professor Svetislav Stančić (1895 - 1970), is held every 3-4 years. 

Professor Svetislav Stančić's teaching methods laid the basis for the Zagreb school of pianism.
