Honeywood House & Museum

Monuments & Sites, Museums & Art Centres
Honeywood House dates back to the mid 17th century, with Victorian and Edwardian extensions, including a fine Billiards Room, a Drawing Room and a Victorian Scullery. There are exhibitions telling the history of the house and the people who lived here.

The exhibitions also  illustrate the history of the Borough of Sutton, the development of Carshalton from its entry as Aultone in the Doomsday Book to the thriving village it has become, and the historic environs of the River Wandle.
