The house is surrounded by peaceful grounds: an Enclosed Garden, Stable Courtyard, Formal Garden, Cutting Garden, an orchard, long herbaceous border, Pleasure Grounds, Eastern Terrace, and a wild Lost Garden, water features, lakes and woodland walks.
