Les Colombières

Gardens & Parks, Monuments & Sites
Les Colombières was created in the 1920’s by the artist Ferdinand Bac, Illegitimate grandson of Jerome Bonaparte, for its first owners, Emile and Caroline-Octavie Ladan-Bockairy. The house and garden reflect the Mediterranean art of living.

The garden (3.5 ha) is constructed as a series of ‘rooms’, vistas and connecting paths.

Les Colombières was acquired by the Likierman family in 1995, who began the long process of restoring the domain with the help of talented specialists and craftsmen, between 1995 and 2000, and have lived there ever since.

The House being a private residence, guided visits are exclusively to its garden and patio, each Wednesday at 2:00 pm from April to October and for up to a maximum of 20 visitors.
