Livinian Order Sigulda Castle

The Livinian Order Sigulda Castle dates back to 1207, and was since 1432 the residence of the Land Marshal of the Livonian Order. The well-kept ruins are open to the public, where people can climb up the North Tower and the Main Gate Tower.
In the ruins there is an open-air stage, where visitors can enjoy the annual Opera Music Festival, as well as of other events.
