The MIPO - Misericórdia Museum of Porto is housed at the complex which was former head office of the institution from the 16th century until 2013. The museum is dedicated to the history of the institution and its collections.
The collections consist of a large number of portraits and works of religious art such as altarpieces, sculptures for altars, jewellery and the famous Flemish painting, the "Fons Vitae" (1520).
