Oppian Hill, Parco di Colle Oppio

Oppian Hill Park (Parco di Colle Oppio), a public park, was created in 1871, when Rome became the capital of the Unification of Italy. However, a complete remake was executed from 1928-1936.
The park, central avenue leads down the hill to the Colosseum, fountains and sculptures contains also several ruins, such as the Baths of Trajan and the Baths of Titus.
