Raglan Castle is a romantic ruin of a once majestic medieval fortress-palace, including a large hexagonal keep and garden. It has belonged and managed by the Herbert and Somerset families until 1938, when the 10th Duke of Somerset transferred the guardianship to the Commissioners of Works.
