Spencer House, built in 1756 for John,1st Earl Spencer, still belongs today to the Spencer family. However it is leased out to RIT Capital Partners, a family company of Jacob Rothschild, 4th Baron Rothschild, and is, after careful restoration, open to the public.
The House is also a venue for cultural corporate and private events, such as recitals, receptions, dinner parties, weddings...
