Würzburg Residence, originally the seat of the Prince-Bishops from the Schönborn family, has a long history of more than 500 years. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

It contains masterworks of Baroque/Rococo or Neoclassical architecture and art, such as the grand staircase, the chapel, and the Imperial Hall.

The garden was designed in the German baroque style by Johann Prokop Mayer (1735-1804). However it was converted to an English style in the nineteenth century and then restored again to the baroque style.

Würzburg Residence is also a venue for cultural, corporate and private events, such as concerts, receptions, weddings...
