Castles & Country Houses, Gardens & Parks
Gunnebo House, today a museum and a recreated 18th century home, has also one of Sweden's finest and best preserved baroque gardens, surrounding by two lakes and a landscape garden.
The house was built the end of the 18th century for John Hall. Today it is in the hands of the Mölndal Municipality, who bought it in 1950 shortly after the death of baroness Hilda Sparre, the last private owner.
