The Musée des Arts Décoratifs et du Design Bordeaux (Museum of Decorative Arts and Design Bordeaux), located in the elegant 18th century Hôtel de Lalande, displays a large collection of applied arts from the Middle Ages to the late 18th century and also modern design.
The beautiful mansion dates back to 1778, when it was built for parliamentarian jurist Pierre de Raymond de Lalande.
