The Pinacoteca Comunale Di Faenza, open to the public since 1879, has two sections that can be visited: the Gallery of Modern Art and the Ancient Section. The Ancient Section features Roman remains, mosaics, sculptures, early medieval tombstones and epigraphs, paintings and sculptures ranging from the 13th to the 17th century, including a Donatello and a Palmezzano.
