Castles & Country Houses, Museums & Art Centres, Private Collections
Söderlångvik manor, today a private museum, was the summer residence of Amos Anderson (1878-1961), a businessman, newspaper publisher, politician and patron of the arts. The manor’s art collection consists mainly of works that have been there ever since Amos Anderson’s time.

Söderlångvik manor is presently closed due to renovation works and it will be reopened in 2021.

Söderlångvik manor, together with The Amos Rex museum in Helsinki, is funded by Amos Anderson’s Föreningen Konstsamfundet association, which was created by Amos Anderson.  During his life he brought together a collection of 400 artworks, spanning from medieval panel paintings right up to modernism. Föreningen Konstsamfundet, was to be the beneficiary of Anderson's will.

In the building of old carriages you will find some of the manor’s old horse carriages and working tools.
