Academia Carrara is a museum and academy of Fine Arts, dating back to the end of the 18th century when Count Giacomo Carrara left his collections to the city of Bergamo. The collections haven't stopped growing thanks to purchases and donations.
The museum has continued to augment its collections both with purchases and donations.
