The Maison de la photographie Robert Doisneau is dedicated to the work of Robert Doisneau (1912 – 1994), a French photographer. He was a champion of humanist photography and with Henri Cartier-Bresson a pioneer of photojournalism.
In the 1930s, he made photographs on the streets of Paris.
The museum also holds temporary exhibitions.
