The Nádasdy Mansion is a Tudor - Romantic style manor house, built between 1873 - 1876 for Count Ferenc Nádasdy, and was designed by Istvan Linsbauer and Alajos Hauszman. It is surrounded by 24 hectars. Today the castle used for historic exhibitions, weddings, filmmaking...

The most prominent room of the castle is the Hall, formerly filled with full-length family paintings. Its original carved wooden paneling, chandeliers and fireplace, can still be admired today.

The castle was equipped with the most modern appliances of the time such as talking tubes (the forerunners of the telephone), air heating, gas and later electric lighting...

The aristocratic Nádasdy family, with roots in the Middle Ages, ​made a large contribution to the development of Hungarian printing. They created an important private library and art collection.
