The Saint Patrick Centre, housed in a modern exhibition complex, is dedicated to the life and story of Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, who has been a missionary and bishop in Ireland in the fifth century.
From he Garden Cafe you can see the Medieval Cathedral of Down, where the National Grave of Saint Patrick is located.
Saint Patrick is supposed to have died on the 17th of March, which has become Saint Patrick's Day.
