Ibsen Museum in Oslo is dedicated to the life and work of Henrik Ibsen (1828 – 1906), the famous playwright and theatre director. The museum is housed in the apartment where Henrik Ibsen and his wife Suzannah lived from 1895 to 1906.
The apartment is restored to its original splendour with authentic interior and Ibsen's furniture.
The museum, part of the Norsk Folkemuseum foundation, is closed and will be opened in 2021.
