The Bibliothèque-Musée de l'Opéra National de Paris is a library and museum of the Paris Opera, housed in the Palais Garnier, representing three centuries of opera history. There is a permanent display of paintings, drawings and opera-related items, whereas the museum holds temporary and thematic exhibitions as well.
