Broadlands is a Palladian house and home of the Earls of Mountbatten. The house and park were transformed in the 18th century by famous architect and landscape designer, Lancelot Brown and later by Henry Holland.
In the 18th and 19th century it was in the hands of the Viscounts Palmerston, and in the 20 the century became the home of Lord and Lady Mountbatten. Today it is inhabited by their descendants.
Selected ground floor rooms are open to the public at certain periods, whereas the gardens and grounds are not open to visitors.
Broadlands offers opportunities for filming and photography.
