The Michael Haydn Museum, located In the St Peters monastery, is a small museum dedicated to the life and works of Johann Michael Haydn (1737 – 1806), the younger brother of Joseph Haydn.
He who lived and worked in Salzburg, producing over 37 masses, 43 symphonies, 19 operas and oratorios while employed by the Salzburg court.
