The Canonic Museum - Picture Gallery is set up in the cloister of the Cathedral Santa Maria Matricolare, in an area that is based on the remains of two basilicas early Christian of the 4th and 5th centuries AD. In the sixteen exhibition rooms you can admire beautiful archaeological pieces, sacred works of art and liturgical furnishings of rare beauty.
