The Woluwe-Saint-Lambert Communal Museum is dedicated to local history and the maintenance of the typical Brabant property. The property is in fact the result of putting together two properties.
The first 19th century house and park is the legacy of the widow of Emile Devos, an entrepreneur and art lover, who had no children. The second property was bought by the municipality from the artist Constant Montald (1862-1944), who has no issue either.
