The Queen Elisabeth Competition, founded in 1937 and named after Queen Elisabeth of Belgium, is an annual classical music competition for Piano, Violin, Cello and Voice.
It is one of the best known, prestigious and challenging competitions of its kind in the world.
The Queen Elisabeth Competition is under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Mathilde.
