The CLASSIS Ravenna takes the visitors through the history of Ravenna, the former Byzantine capital, from its origins to the early Middle Ages. The museum constitutes, together with the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare in Classe and the archaeological area of the Antico Porto, the Classe Archaeological Park.
