The Hôtel-Dieu museum, displays collections of important archaeological discoveries made in Cavaillon and its surrounding region, from Prehistory to the Modern Age, including Antiquity and the Middle Ages.
The Musée archéologique de l'Hôtel-Dieu is part of La Fondation Calvet, an important art foundation named after Esprit Calvet, who left his collections and library to it in 1810.
