Musée Rath hosts the Musée d’Art et d’Histoire’s temporary exhibitions two to three times a year. Opened to the public in 1826 and serving as the original home of Geneva's Musée d'Art et d'Histoire, the building was one of the first in Europe to have been conceived to host and exhibit works of art.
