The Narrow Gauge Railway Museum tells the 200 year history of the Narrow Gauge Railways in the British Isles. The collection includes locomotives and smaller pieces such as paperwork, signalling equipment and tickets.
The Museum displays contain a special section devoted to the Reverend W. V. Awdry, creator of "Thomas the Tank Engine".
