Chatsworth is the home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. Since 1549, sixteen generations of the Cavendish family have lived here. With its stunning collections, beautiful parkland and gardens, Chatsworth is one of the UK's favourite country houses.
Park and gardens include Queen Mary's Bower from the sixteenth century, the late seventeenth century Cascade (designed by Grillet in 1694), the Sea Horse Fountain (designed by Cibber) and Flora's Temple, the eighteenth century park by Lancelot Brown and the nineteenth century garden, created by the Sixth Duke of Devonshire and his gardener, Sir Joseph Paxton.
Chatsworth is also a venue for film & photo shooting, cultural, corporate and private events, such as receptions, private dining...
