Natural Park Burcina Feilce Piacenza
Gardens & Parks
Natural Park Burcina Feilce Piacenza (57 ha) was created in the first half of the 19th century by Felice Piacenza, son of an industrialist. Now a protected wooded area, it is known worldwide for its extraordinary valley of rhododendrons, which covers 2 ha.
The park is organized and planted at random, meant to be an imitation of nature.
In 1934 the park was acquired by the Municipality of Biella.
