Musée de la Résistance Châteaubriant, created in 2001 by “ l'Amicale de Châteaubriant“, is dedicated to the French Resistance. It is located in a farm where 27 resistance fighters interned at the Choisel de Châteaubriant camp, were executed on October 22, 1941.
The museum is part of the Musée de la Résistance nationale, a network of museums with the mission to transmit the history and memory of the French Resistance.
