Saling Hall dates from the 16th century. In modern times the garden was developed by Lady Carlyle, whereas since 1971 Hugh and Judy Johnson continued, improved and extended it further.
They sold Saling Hall in 2013 to Mark Faulkner and Harriet Logan, who continue their work.
Today it is a 4.9 ha (12 acres) garden with many features, such as the walled garden, which dates from 1698, a water garden, vistas, quiet corners, rare trees and shrubs...
