Tullynally Castle & Gardens was built and created by the Pakenham family (later Earls of Longford) in the 17th century. Today three generations of the family live here as their family home. Castle and gardens are open to the public
Being a private home, the family offers tours of the main rooms only to groups by previous arrangement. Tullynally is also used for cultural events such as concerts.
Tullynally Castle has a walled garden, a grotto, follies and lakes.
