The Villa and gardens have been restored to their original appearance in 1930, whereas the interiors have been equipped with exact replicas of the original furnishings.
The Study and Documentation Centre in the Villa can be visited by scholars upon previous appointment.
Villa Tugendhat is administered by Brno City Museum, and holds regularly lectures exhibitions, film screenings and concerts.
