Evenley Wood Garden is a privately owned 24 ha (60 acres) woodland garden. It has been the idea of Mr. Tim Whiteley, a keen horticulturist and a former Chairman of the RHS Lily Group, who had acquired the garden in 1980.
Mr. Whiteley stayed very much involved in the garden's development an activities until his death, aged 85, in 2017.
Evenley Wood Garden is also a venue for private events, such as birthday parties, baby naming ceremonies, christening celebrations, wedding receptions...
