M/S The Maritime Museum, established in 1915, is telling the maritime history of Denmark and housed in a recent spectacular innovative architectural setting, giving the feel of a ship's deck. It was opened in 2013
The collections feature the Danish trade and shipping from the 15th century to the present day, including a large library.
The museum also hosts conferences and cultural events.
